PROPERTY REHABILITATION

Pioneers Group Inc. was officially started in 2014 by Steven Poindexter in Chicago IL based in Lansing IL. Steven Poindexter has well over 20 years of experience in the property rehab, acquisition, development, and investments long before this current company was started. With priority access to acquire HUD based properties at wholesale value on, and off the market as well as a full rehab staff along with access and funding from several private equity investors, starting PGI was just a natural progression at that point.

With private equity investments as well as future public investors we are now primed to start a rigorous push in the first quarter and so forth of 2017 to acquire real estate investment properties nationwide as a company for resale for profit as well as building a portfolio of properties to be held for long term investment strategies. We also will provide this same list or access to certain properties to potential new real estate investors and developers as well through our network.

Complete property rehabilitation has been the staple-hold of income for PGI before we recently combined all three aspects of real estate. (investments, development, and rehab). We have on call access to equipment or crews for any job from single family homes to large condominiums or business properties. We also have in-house access to certified real estate agents, lawyers, appraisers, and accountants.
